Course Content:
Motivating employees, co-workers and managers requires more than
money and/or threats - it requires an ability to achieve buy-in.
It answers the inevitable question "What's in it for me?"
Sustaining motivation is a process that must constantly be revisited
and fine-tuned as needed.
