Succession Planning, the Future and Your Organization
Course Content:
Many organizations, large and small, both in the public and private
sectors have voiced concern about the future and the leadership
that will manage it. Few have an articulated step-by-step gameplan
for identifying, developing, nurturing and preparing today's
and tomorrow's leaders. Many have realized painfully and after
