The Williams Group began in 1987 when T. Hensley "Ted" Williams,
J.D. and Nancy M. Williams, J.D. formed a full-service human resources
management company to meet the workplace/workforce needs of California
healthcare clients. Over
the succeeding years The Williams Group continued to serve healthcare
clients and has expanded to include a national clientele in the airline,
banking, biotechnology, communications, construction, government, higher
