Board of Director and Senior Executive Retreats The top leadership of organizations
and companies are provided with assistance in designing and conducting
one and two-day management retreats to set the course for current
and future organizational initiatives. An expert facilitator
skilled in the human dynamic is provided to facilitate the retreat. When an organization has a need for consultation regarding an emergent or long-term workforce/workplace issue or initiative it needs to know that skilled, experienced and expert professionals are there for them. The organization also needs to know that these experts will first listen to the issue(s) at hand and will provide thoughtful advice, guidance and support as well as the tools, strategies and approaches needed to address and resolve the issue. The workplace advisors at The Williams Group will provide the above-mentioned technical and human support, guidance and advice in a prompt, professional and timely manner that addresses the unique and specific needs of each client company. Executive Agreements with an Attendant Performance Appraisal Component The organizational health and increasing profit margins of all successful organizations are a direct result of the course and tone set by its leadership. Environments in which the best are encouraged to be the best, the good are shown how to be better and the average are permitted to stretch are the ones where everyone from the CEO to the custodian is held accountable for his or her work. The Williams Group custom designs Employment Agreements and attendant Senior Management Performance Evaluations to ensure the successful recruitment and retention of top leadership. In addition, appropriate rewards and recognition for a job well done are identified and included in the Agreement. When unacceptable work is identified and appropriate action is taken, it is taken in a non-disruptive firm manner that accord's dignity to all parties and is consistent with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The essence of the Agreement is the fact that leadership sets the example for its workforce by recognizing and rewarding performance, allowing for rehabilitation when possible and separation when there is non-performance. There are times when an organization has a manager or executive in dire need of external coaching in order to ensure his/her continued or future success with the organization. Unresolved issues such as communication, leadership, conflict and/or time management, teamwork, performance, planning, culture, race or gender sensitivity are typical topics that often place the executive (or the organization) at risk. A coach from The Williams Group assists the executive in addressing the issues at hand and coaches him/her in identifying, selecting and implementing the best option, alternative or avenue(s) for changed behavior.
